Selling

Your home — our expertise.

Selling a home can seem like a big, demanding process, but with the right agent it goes smoothly. This is how a sale works with us — step by step.

Nine steps from inspection to money in your account

  1. 1

    Step 1

    Inspection

An agent visits your home to assess condition, layout and location, answers your questions, suggests what could lift the value, proposes a timeline — and gives you an estimate of market value.

  2. 2

    Step 2

    Agreement

You receive a price offer. If it suits you, we sign an assignment agreement that makes the terms clear for both sides. From now on, you have a professional on your team.

  3. 3

    Step 3

    Preparation

Small repairs, tidying and styling. You complete a seller's declaration, are offered seller's insurance, a surveyor writes the condition report and the photographer takes the pictures.

  4. 4

    Step 4

    Marketing

Your home gets a listing with great photos and copy that brings out its best side — on FINN, on social media and wherever buyers are looking.

  5. 5

    Step 5

    Viewing

We welcome visitors, answer questions and register interested buyers. You don't need to be there — just make sure the home is tidy and inviting.

  6. 6

    Step 6

    Bidding

We handle the bids, check financing and keep you updated throughout. We advise — you decide.

  7. 7

    Step 7

    Contract

The purchase contract is reviewed and signed, in person or digitally. We make sure everything is legally in order.

  8. 8

    Step 8

    Handover

Price and costs are paid in before the day. You walk through the home together, read the meters and hand over the keys.

  9. 9

    Step 9

    Registration & settlement

We register the transfer, clear any charges and pay the purchase price into your account. Done.
